As the principal Dietitian for Smart Health, Anna’s aim is to provide effective dietetic therapy, focusing on optimal nutrition for all individuals. Having completed a combined Bachelor degree of Nutrition and Exercise Science at the Wollongong University, Anna is an Accredited Practising Dieititian and a Member of the Sports Dietitians Association. She has completed further sports nutrition education at the AIS and has been involved with the Australian Canoe Polo Teams and provided nutrition advice to the PGA. Anna also provides a Dietitian service for Compass Group Australia, which involves managing corporate health programs for clients, such as BHP, Oilsearch and Electrolux.
Anna specialises in individual diet prescription, improving and maximising health, sports nutrition, optimal nutrition for pregnancy and corporate nutrition packages.
