Rise and shine morning yoga is designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. Flowing from one pose to the next using the breath, we’ll open hips and shoulders, stretch out the body and focus
the mind.

Hatha Yoga

Wednesday 9.30am & Thursday 5.30pm

Hatha yoga is suitable for beginners through to intermediate levels and aims to achieve balance between the body and mind through use of physical poses or asanas, breathing techniques (Pranayama) and
meditation.
