Rafael has over 10 years of providing Musculoskeletal massage therapy, deep tissue and remedial massage as well as postural and biomechanical assessment, both here in Australia and Brazil.
His sports background, as athlete and coach, combined with his studies worldwide (Brazil, Australia, India and Japan) gives him a good understanding of the body. As a Massage & Exercise Specialist, Raf uses a systematic process to functionally assess, correct and strengthen his client’s bodies to function at their optimal level.
Raf has been a Health and Fitness Professional since 2004 and applies his rehabilitation skills to a variety of sports injuries, chronic pain, muscle disorders, joint aches and pre & post-surgery conditions.
