Welcome to the Smart Health School Program Resource Hub. If you would like more information on the Smart Health School Program or would like to talk further with the program developers, please contact Greg Campbell by email at greg.campbell@smarthealthtraining.com.au or by phoning 82931100.

Our program aims to develop and support a culture of health and well-being with I.T. usage within the school community. We want to share our knowledge and advice in order to assist every student to develop safe and healthy postural habits and sitting based screen time behaviours when using I.T. devices. This resource hub will provide all the resources you will need to support teachers, parents and students in learning strategies to help lessen the potential negative impact on both general health and musculoskeletal health that can be caused by sitting based work and computer and tablet based study and play.

Explore the tabs below and access our information sheets, student workstation setup advice sheets and picture and video libraries. We encourage you to download any resources and disseminate this to your school community. As this is designed to be a partnership please co-brand this information with your school name and logo.
